Fertility and Sterility May 26, 2021
Hariton E, Raker CA, Frishman GN, et al. - Researchers conducted a cross-sectional study among reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship applicants and program directors (PDs) participating in the 2020 application cycle with the aim to evaluate their experience and perceptions concerning the current and future use of web-based interviews (WBIs). Applicants and PDs were sent anonymous surveys. Responses were provided by 46% of applicants and eligible PDs. Assessment revealed favorable experiences with and perceptions of WBIs among both applicants and PDs, and most of them endorse the continued use of this interview modality. The findings can aid in guiding and optimizing future WBI practices.
