Findings suggested that in solid organ transplant patients, the outcomes of inflatable penile prosthesis implantation were similar to those of non-transplant patients. Between 2-piece vs 3-piece IPP models, no differences in IPP reoperation rate existed. For penile prosthesis, solid organ transplant patients ought to be considered suitable candidates.
