Baenninger PB, et al. – A comparative, retrospective, consecutive case–series was done to compare visual and topographic outcomes 12 months after conventional (C–CXL) versus accelerated corneal cross–linking (A–CXL) in pediatric keratoconus. It was concluded that the accelerated approach was equally effective than the conventional protocol to treat pediatric keratoconus in this retrospective comparison.
