Goswami S, et al. - The intent behind this research, was to compare pectoral nerve block1 (PEC1) and modified pectoral nerve block2 (mPEC2) block for providing postoperative pain relief after modified radical mastectomy (MRM). This randomized clinical study concluded that compared to PEC1, mPEC2 provided better postoperative analgesia when catheters were placed under direct vision after MRM.
