Goh GSH, et al. - Authors gauged the impact of preoperative mental health on early outcomes following Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty (UKA). They also evaluated if the mental health improved after UKA. They noted that following UKA, subjects having poor mental health benefited from greater improvements in their mental health and knee function. Psychological support could be beneficial to these patients, which could improve satisfaction.
