JAMA Otolaryngology—Head & Neck Surgery Mar 19, 2018
Krekeler BN, et al. - The aim of the experts was to characterize the impact of swallowing-related symptoms following thyroidectomy on patient quality of life and swallowing-related outcomes. Swallowing-related symptoms could be experienced in as many as 80% of patients after thyroidectomy.
