Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology Aug 09, 2017
Darland AM, et al. – This investigation elucidated the patient population utilizing anti–aging therapies. Furthermore, it evaluated patient familiarity with therapeutic options and determined from where treatment information was frequently obtained. Demographics of anti–aging therapy appeared to be changing and a wide variety of patients pursued treatment. Patients were unfamiliar with a most therapeutic choice. They exhibited the tendency of pursuing the therapy after receiving treatment information from a dermatologist. It was determined that the findings were beneficial to both dermatologists and marketers of anti–aging products.
