Adravanti P, et al. - Researchers retrospectively evaluated patients which underwent patellar resurfacing during total knee arthroplasty (TKA) surgery from 2004 to 2009. Findings corroborated that patella resurfacing during TKA was associated with a very low rate of complications in a large and homogenous group of patients.
