Zhang L, et al. - During this analysis authors appraised the outcomes of pancreatic duct obstruction and sought to inspect the prevention of pancreatic duct obstruction in patients undergoing pancreaticojejunostomy without reccurence of disease within 24 months between 2004 and 2014. A connection was demonstrated between the presence of pancreatic duct obstruction and early pancreatic obstruction with long-term pancreatic complications, respectively. It was discovered that sustained internal pancreatic stent could improve pancreatic duct obstruction.
