Debiec KE, et al. - The vulvar manifestations and treatment response in adolescent females with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) are depicted in this study. The outcome of this study suggests that vulvar manifestations of IBD may precede gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms in adolescents with IBD. Treatment is challenging and in this series, systemic therapies were the most successful in achieving symptomatic improvement.
