Adappa ND, et al. - The experts embraced this study to evaluate patient outcomes after complete endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) and aspirin desensitization in patients with aspirin-exacerbated respiratory disease (AERD). Followed by timely aspirin desensitization and maintenance therapy, complete sinus surgery was an effective combination in the long-term management of sinus disease in patients with AERD.
