Pérez-Rodriguez E, et al. - Desensitization for chemotherapy drugs has become an option to maintain first-line therapy in patients who have suffered hypersensitivity reactions to chemotherapy drugs. Researchers carried out a prospective observational study to report their experience in desensitization with antineoplastic agents using a rapid 1-solution protocol. They found that 1-solution protocol was safe and useful, particularly for mild-to-moderate reactions and nonplatinum drugs.
