Oliveras A, et al. - Researchers intended to examine the effect of renal denervation and spironolactone on preclinical target organ damage in patients with resistant hypertension. A reduction in albuminuria was noted in patients with resistant hypertension treated with spironolactone as compared with renal denervation at 6 months.
