Foster SJ, et al. - Efficacy of oral prednisolone, relative to placebo, was assessed in children aged 24–72 months presenting with virus-associated wheeze at the paediatric emergency department. In this patient population, oral prednisolone showed good tolerability and afforded a clear benefit over placebo at reducing the length of stay.
