The outcome suggests that the optical coherence tomography angiography is a noninvasive vascular imaging modality that clearly describes the looping course of iris racemose hemangioma. Optical coherence tomography angiography described fine details of radial iris vessels, not distinct on intravenous fluorescein angiography.
