Chang N, et al. - Outcomes of operative vs nonoperative management of high-grade acromioclavicular (AC) joint dislocations were compared in this meta-analysis. Functional outcome scores were not clinically different between both the treatment groups, however, nonoperative management afforded a more rapid return to work, but was associated with a poorer cosmetic outcome.
