Murphy SL, et al. - The intent of the authors was to investigate the feasibility and preliminary effects of an occupational therapy in individuals with early systemic sclerosis (SSc) having upper extremity (UE) contractures for the improvement of UE function. Statistically prominent and clinically vital improvements on UE and physical function were obtained by the in-person treatment sessions. These sessions were found to be feasible for individuals with SSc.
