Obstructive sleep apnea as a risk factor associated with difficult airway management: A narrative review

Leong SM, et al. - Whether obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a risk factor associated with difficult airway, was investigated herein. OSA was found to be a risk factor associated with difficult tracheal intubation and difficult mask ventilation. Also, no association was seen between OSA and difficult supraglottic airway use.
