Aljebab F, et al. - An inspection was carried out of the tolerability and palatability of oral prednisolone and oral dexamethasone, in Saudi Arabian (SA) and UK children. It was determined that dexamethasone sodium phosphate solution was the most palatable preparation. The least palatable tablets were discovered to be prednisolone base tablets. Additionally, these and were least well tolerated. An improvement was noted in the palatability scores with each dose taken.
