Schiffmann J, et al. - The experts aimed to assess the relationship between obesity and metastasis-free survival in prostate cancer (PCa) after radical prostatectomy (RP). The obesity paradox phenomenon was recorded in PCa patients. Despite an increased risk being anticipated, high BMI (≥ 30) was related to decreased risk of metastases after RP.
