Murakami K - An analysis was carried out to explore how nutritional quality of meals and snacks was associated with overall diet quality, body mass index (BMI), and waist circumference. The Food Standards Agency (FSA) score displayed that a lower nutritional quality of both meals and snacks was associated with adverse profiles of overall diet quality. However, stronger associations were observed for the nutritional quality of meals.
