Wallis CJD, et al. - In patients with non-metastatic prostate cancer, the impact of androgen-deprivation therapy (ADT) on non-prostate cancer mortality was assessed. In a cohort of older men with localized prostate cancer treated with surgery or radiation therapy, ADT was not shown to be related to non-prostate cancer or cardiovascular mortality.
