Rizk MY, et al. - The clinical and hemodynamic consequences of norepinephrine infusion were examined in this trial, in preterm infants. An improvement could be yielded in the blood pressure and urine output during neonatal septic shock through the norepinephrine therapy in the study cohort. In order to affirm the efficacy and safety of norepinephrine infusion in neonates further studies were necessitated.
