Ramos-Pascua LR, et al. - The purpose of the researchers was to describe the results of nonsurgical and surgical treatment of enchondromas of the distal phalanx of the hand. Results suggested that in distal phalanx enchondromas, surgical and nonsurgical treatment appeared to be related to satisfactory results, although each of these treatments had their own advantages and disadvantages.
