Guber RD, et al. - The prevalence and features of the fatty liver disease in spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy (SBMA) were evaluated in this study. Nearly all of the participants who were presented with SBMA had nonalcoholic liver disease. These observations expanded the phenotypic spectrum of the disease and gave a potential biomarker that could be monitored in future studies.
