Haukka J, et al. – The purposes of this retrospective cohort study were to estimate the prevalence and predictors of non–medical substance use as well as to evaluate the association between non–medical substance use and fatal poisoning or history of drug abuse in Finland. Data reported that non–prescribed psychoactive drugs were commonly found at post–mortem in drug poisoning deaths in Finland with a history of drug abuse is a major contributing factor.
