Wang ML, et al. - A retrospective analysis was performed to describe the clinicopathological features of the patients and compare the outcomes of two different anaesthetic protocols of single-incision procedures under spontaneous breathing (NI-SI-VATS) in two different countries. The findings suggested that non-intubated single-incision procedures can be feasible and safe in expert hands and experienced teams, even for anatomical resections. However, strict selection criteria, skill, and experience were mandatory.
