Non‐surgical rhinoplasty using hyaluronic acid dermal fillers: A systematic review
Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology Apr 29, 2021
Kumar V, Jain A, Atre S, et al. - Researchers conducted the study for providing quality evidence about the success of non‐surgical rhinoplasty procedures in terms of patient satisfaction and complications. Data collected included patient satisfaction and complications from prospective and experimental studies that provided the highest level of evidence. Two thousand eight hundred ninety-six citations were found based on the search criteria. The average patient satisfaction amongst the studies was found to be > 90%. According to this systematic review, non‐surgical rhinoplasty is a good, less invasive alternative to conventional rhinoplasty. However, there is a scarcity of high-quality data in the form of experimental and prospective studies on the accuracy, efficacy, and complications of non-surgical rhinoplasty.
