Schoeps A, et al. - The non-specific effects (NSEs) of an additional early dose of measles vaccine (MV) on hospitalization or mortality in children, were investigated in this study. Findings demonstrated no impact of early MV on subsequent hospitalization or mortality, however, NSEs of the frequent OPV campaigns could have obscured the possible impacts of early MV.
