Asahina A, et al. – This study entailed the exploration of new onset or transition of the disease state of psoriatic arthritis (PsA), with ustekinumab (UST) therapy. The results validated the idea that UST could be less efficient than TNF–α inhibitors for PsA. UST partially prevented the new development of PsA. It was, however, unlikely that UST raised the risk of new onset of PsA as a paradoxical adverse reaction.
