Mizuta I, et al. – This study was planned to develop criteria for selecting patients suspected for cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukocencephalopathy (CADASIL) to undergo genetic testing. In this investigation, the clinicians proposed the new criteria of high sensitivity, which could help physicians to evaluate the need for genetic testing.
