Chen W, et al. - Here, the physicians examined the changes of the neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in patients with severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) and analyzed the relationship between the NLR and TBI outcome. In severe TBI, the NLR could be useful as a novel predictor for 1-year outcome and mortality.
