Neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio predicts functional and safety outcomes after endovascular treatment for acute ischemic stroke
Cerebrovascular Diseases May 18, 2018
Duan Z, et al. - The association between neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and the clinical outcomes of large vessel occlusion stroke (LVOS) patients undergoing endovascular treatment (EVT) were studied in this investigation. Laboratory data (neutrophil count, lymphocyte count) before EVT was gathered from patients in the acUte Anterior circuLation (ACTUAL) ischemic stroke registry. The present data indicated that NLR independently predicts 3-month functional outcome and symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH) but but showed a trend for predicting 3-month mortality.
