Flachenecker P, et al. - The researchers performed this double-blind pilot study to investigate if neuropsychological training of attention improved multiple sclerosis (MS)-related fatigue. They proposed that neuropsychological training of attention could improve both measures of fatigue. After specific neuropsychological training, the parallel improvement of attentional deficits and subjective fatigue supported previous findings that fatigue could be at least partially caused by the impaired intensity of attention.
