Yin Y, et al. - The clinical outcomes of negative-pressure wound therapy (NPWT) vs conventional therapy on split-thickness skin after grafting surgery were compared. Compared with conventional therapy, NPWT resulted in significant increase in the rate of graft take and reduction in the rate of reoperation when applied to cover the wound bed with split-thickness skin graft. Wound infection rate was seemed not significantly affected
