Lei Y, et al. - This inquiry was set up to determine the impacts of multiple low-dose dexamethasone on clinical outcomes following total hip arthroplasty (THA). As a result of receiving three-dose dexamethasone regimen post-THA, the following outcomes could be obtained: further relief in postoperative pain and postoperative nausea, additional inflammatory control, enhanced mobility, and short length of stay (LOS).
