Morphological and functional retinal vessel changes in branch retinal vein occlusion: An optical coherence tomography angiography study
American Journal of Ophthalmology Aug 25, 2017
Iida Y, et al. – The morphology of the retinal vasculature in eyes with branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) utilizing optical coherence tomography (OCT) angiography is examined in this study. The outcomes of this study propose that BRVO characterized by venous overcrossing may be more prevalent than previously reported and that there is an important relationship between nonperfusion area (NPA) size and arteriovenous (AV) crossing pattern.
