Moderate to severe Hidradenitis suppurativa patients do not have an altered bacterial composition in peripheral blood compared to healthy controls

Ring HC, et al. – This research probed the potential presence of bacteraemia in Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) patients and healthy controls. The inference drawn was that the self–reported symptoms in HS, for instance, malaise and fatigue could not be associated with bacteremia.
