Compared with antimuscarinic agents, mirabegron was not inferior effective in improving OAB symptoms. Also, lower incidence of dry mouth and not higher risk for hypertension were presented by mirabegron. Hence, for OAB control, mirabegron has potential to be an alternative therapeutic option.
