Dyjack N, et al. - The goal of this investigation was to determine if minimally invasive skin tape strip transcriptome analysis identifies gene expression dysregulation in atopic dermatitis (AD) and molecular disease endotypes. Stratification in AD molecular pathology by type 2 inflammation, that correlated with disease severity, was revealed in minimally invasive expression profiling of non-lesional skin.
