Minimal disease activity and patient-acceptable symptom state in psoriatic arthritis: A real-world evidence study with ustekinumab
JCR: Journal of Clinical Rheumatology Oct 03, 2018
Queiro R, et al. - In this single-center observational study, researchers tested the safety and effectiveness of ustekinumab (UST) in a real-world clinical setting by analyzing data collected from outpatients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) who were treated with UST (March 2015-March 2017). In this PsA population, ustekinumab was found to be safe and effective. The authors suggested that minimal disease activity and the Psoriatic Arthritis Impact of Disease questionnaire may be useful evaluation tools in routine clinical practice, and did not observe any major safety problems in this analysis.
