Hotton J, et al. - This study provides information regarding the prognostic value of minichromosome maintenance complex component 6 (MCM6) based on immunohistochemical labeling index (LI) of the protein in comparison with that of Ki67 in a cohort of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Data reported MCM6 to be a highly reproducible marker of poor prognosis in endometrial cancer and recommended considering its assessment in daily practice for risk stratification.
