Bockmann B, et al. - Experts evaluated the clinical mid-term results of arthroscopic iliac crest bone grafting procedures for recurrent anterior shoulder instability. Good functional results with a recurrence rate of 9% were noted with the all-arthroscopic glenoid reconstruction using iliac crest grafts. The patients demonstrated low pain levels and acceptable complications at final follow-up 42 months after surgery.
