El-Domyati M, et al. - The utility and effectiveness of some combined minimally invasive procedures were exploratively analyzed for the management of acne scarring. The findings revealed marked improvement after platelet-rich plasma [PRP] or dermaroller and trichloroacetic acid [TCA] treatment. Nonetheless, the combined use of dermaroller and TCA 15% was disclosed to be more effective in postacne atrophic scars when compared to the use of dermaroller and PRP or dermaroller only.
