Adams J, et al. - This study was performed to test the hypothesis that in adults with epilepsy, methylphenidate could safely improve cognition. For improving cognition and quality of life in epilepsy, methylphenidate could be an effective and safe option. Larger and longer double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials were required.
