Meta-analysis of genotype-guided vs standard dosing of vitamin K antagonists

Kheiri B, et al. - This study entailed comparison between genotype-guided vitamin K antagonist (VKA) and standard dosing algorithms, via an updated meta-analysis of all randomized clinical trials (RCTs). Findings showed that genotype-guided VKA dosing vs standard dosing algorithms can improve the time in therapeutic range (TTR) and attenuate the risk for bleeding episodes.
