Curhan SG, et al. – This study is performed to prospectively examine the independent relations between menopause and postmenopausal hormone therapy (HT) and risk of self–reported hearing loss. The current study shows that the older age at menopause and longer duration of postmenopausal HT are related to higher risk of hearing loss.
