Cho WH, et al. - During this research, the performance of meibomian gland (MG) in the patients with glaucoma under topical intraocular pressure (IOP)-lowering medications was assessed. More unstable tear films and more severe MG dropout was noted in the patients with a higher burden of antiglaucoma (BAG) agent. Hence, MG disease ought to be observed particularly in the individuals with glaucoma after a higher BAG regimen.
