Gupta K, et al. - An examination was conducted of the medulloblastoma (MB) with myogenic differentiation for the expression of 3 immunohistochemical markers (YAP1, GAB1, β-catenin) conventionally used in the molecular stratification of MB. These MB variants were discovered to be distinct and did not align immunohistochemically with the currently recognized genetic subgroups.
