Zolezzi M, et al. - This retrospective study examined the prevalence rates of different physical illnesses in individuals with serious mental illness (SMI) and to investigate how these were being managed. The literature and the cohort both gave evidence that individuals with SMI were less likely to receive standard levels of care for their medical comorbidities.
